Include these and we can skip a round trip
- Roughly how many employees and devices you have
- Whether you're on Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, or both
- What's driving the timeline — a customer requirement, an audit, an insurance renewal, an incident, or general concern
- Whether you have internal IT, an MSP, or neither
- Anything already tried that didn't work
Please don't email
Passwords, API keys, tokens, or any live credentials — not in a first email, not ever. We'll set up a secure channel before anything sensitive moves. If you've already sent something like that to anyone, rotate it now.

Same address. Be specific about what you're offering and skip the follow-up sequence; unsolicited sequences get filtered.
